The founder of Bitar Company, Elias Bitar, started out as paint and construction supplies shop-owner in 1925 in Aley-Lebanon. During those years, the paint industry was still taking its first fundamental steps, paint was produced from powders that were colored by Mr. Bitar himself.

They say that to be successful, the first thing that you must do is to fall in love with your work! Elias Bitar was this kind of man, he always said that unless you are willing to drench yourself in your work beyond the capacity of the average person, you are just not cut out for positions at the top.

Elias Bitar's sons: Alfred, Michel and later Albert were raised with the very same mentality. Alfred Bitar, CEO of the company, believes that one must not go in search of opportunities but that he must make opportunities for himself. He followed his vision with steady strong steps with his dedicated employees that shared the same beliefs with him.

BITAR PAINTS HISTORY

In 1977, the international company of paints in Switzerland was established.

in 1978, A factory in Italy was established that has become the biggest importer of thinner to the Middle East.

In 1979, the segment of Saudi Arabia was founded just in time for the "Golden Age" in the Gulf.

Afterwards, the factory in Lebanon was equipped with the latest technology CAD/CAM, and qualified personnel to ensure Total Quality Management (TQM).

In 1994, a branch in the United Arab Emirates was established with high qualified collaborators.

Now, the Bitar Bros. company has a working force of 150 people; We believe that a good job is always done by a collaboration of different people, each doing the task he can do best and all aiming for two purposes: Success and gaining your Trust.
